1.License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use VeloClean on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2.What VeloClean Does

VeloClean is a photo and video manager that helps you:

• Clean — find and remove duplicates, similar photos, blurry shots, screenshots, and large videos.
• Edit — remove backgrounds, enhance, crop, and resize the photos you keep.
• Manage — view storage breakdowns and follow guides to free up space.

4.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.

5.Advertising & In-App Purchases

VeloClean offers both in-app purchases and advertising side by side, and you can choose how you use the app. You may make an in-app purchase (for example, to remove ads or unlock premium features) or continue using the app for free with ads shown. Making a purchase does not automatically remove ads for any features not covered by that purchase. Pricing, features, and any subscription terms (including auto-renewal, where applicable) are presented in the app before you buy and are governed by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. Ads are served by third-party advertising partners — see our Privacy Policy for details on the information they may use.

All payments are processed and managed entirely by Apple through your App Store account — VeloClean does not handle, receive, or store your payment information. You can subscribe to, manage, or cancel any auto-renewing subscription at any time from your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). We only record your purchase or subscription status in order to unlock and provide the corresponding content or features.

6.Disclaimer of Warranties

VeloClean is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will identify every file correctly.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including any loss of photos, videos, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Because deletions are confirmed by you and pass through the iOS Recently Deleted album, you are responsible for verifying your selections and maintaining backups.

8.Intellectual Property

VeloClean, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9.Apple App Store

VeloClean is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

10.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
